- Bookings, Cancellations, and Deposits
A. Booking Confirmation
All bookings are subject to availability. Your booking is confirmed only when you receive a confirmation notice (via email or SMS) from House of Atara.
B. Deposits and Guarantees

C. Cancellation Policy

No-Shows: If you fail to arrive for your appointment without any notice (a “no-show”), the full service price may be charged to your card on file, or your deposit will be forfeited.
D. Late Arrival
If you arrive late, we will make every effort to provide the full service time. However, to avoid inconveniencing the next client, your treatment may be shortened, and you will still be responsible for the full service fee.
- Health, Safety, and Disclosure
A. Health Information
You are responsible for completing the intake form accurately and truthfully. You must disclose all relevant medical information, including but not limited to, allergies, recent surgeries, pregnancy, skin conditions, or heart conditions, before your treatment begins.
B. Right of Refusal
We reserve the right to refuse service or terminate a treatment immediately if the therapist deems the client’s health condition unsuitable for the service, or if the client behaves inappropriately, disrespectfully, or aggressively. In such cases, the client will be liable for the full cost of the service.
C. Spa Environment
We are dedicated to providing a tranquil experience. We request that you maintain a quiet environment, silence your mobile phones, and respect the privacy and peace of other guests.
- Pricing, Payments, and Vouchers
A. Pricing
All prices are quoted in Nigerian Naira (NGN) and are subject to change without prior notice.
B. Payment
Full payment is due immediately upon completion of your service. We accept [List Accepted Payment Methods, e.g., Cash, POS/Card, Bank Transfer].
C. Gift Vouchers
Gift vouchers are treated as cash and cannot be replaced if lost or stolen.
Vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall not exceed the amount you paid to us for the specific Service in question.

The content, layout, design, graphics, and logos on the Site and associated with the House of Atara brand are the exclusive property of House of Atara Sparlet and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
